Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in new, uninstalled condition and within the 30-day purchase window to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team or log into your account to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping items back.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer crates or boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly labeled on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the goods for damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
